For the usability tests, we created a script with a hypothetical scenario for the moderator to present the guided tests with instructions and record all user steps. Users with similar characteristics to our user persona were selected. Once the tasks were completed, effectiveness and satisfaction were measured using the Customer Effort Score methodology. 4 out of 5 users completed all tasks without major difficulties and would use the app.
